A 2,000sq m  health club and spa has opened at the five-star Alberg Hospiz at St Christoph above St Anton in Austria’s Arlberg region. Natural materials such as marble and wood, spacious rooms and special enhanced lights give the place a special ambience.

Small, refined, traditional. Located at 1800 m above sea level, St. Christoph is one of the Alps´ highest ski resorts. It became famous in the 14th century when the shepherd Heinrich Findelkind built a hospice as a shelter against the whims of nature.
It al started with the Arlberg Skiclub  founded here in 1901. Nevertheless to describe the Arlberg simply as a skiing area would be a grave injustice. The region on the border of the federal states of Vararlberg and Tyrol is nothing less than legendary. With 85 railways and ski lifts, you can enjoy 260 km of prepared pistes and 180 km of deep snow and firn runs, as well as snowboard funparks.

Allow yourself to be enchanted by the mountain peaks and the sheer vastness of it all. We will happily organize ski instructors for you who will accompany you in your conquest of the Arlberg. On the Rendl and on the Weibermahd lift, amateur racers can see how fast they are on skis. Electronic display boards on the pistes show the speed and there are also racing runs with automatic time measurement at all sites.
