"Our stay was great, the food was good, the wine was excellent and the service was great and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean.
The only negative thing: the breakfast coffee was not warm enough and it would be nice to have a warm egg and not a cold one.
The location is perfect: near by Reims and the garden around the hotel is a must and beautiful also the swimming pool and the interior.
It is not a cheap hotel, the restaurant is expensive but the food was excellent also the service. The only negative thing here: it is not for children or you must have a small menu for children.
If you want to make the hotel friendlier for children it would be nice to have a small playroom inside and outside and to have some baby chairs.
But we give your hotel 85% and we would come back."

"Our stay was fantastic. The room was very spacious with private access to the garden at the back. The service is also pleasant and courteous.
The restaurant although very expensive, was just phenomenal. Arnaud Lallement is truly a genius in his field. Definitely a dining experience.
Overall, L’ Assiette Champenoise exceeded our expectation and contributed significantly to our memorable trip!"

"L´Assiette Champenoise, is a very pleasant, comfortable hotel close to Reims with a discreet luxurious feel to it. The room was light and airy and the walkways in keeping with the rest of the hotel. In general I prefer older properties but I new it was a modern hotel when I booked it. We ate out but I felt the food would have been of a high standard and would return to sample it."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at LAssiette Champenoise. The chateaux, room and service was very good. The only comment I would have is that it is not ideal for younger children."

" Our stay at L´Assiette Champenoise was very good. We would have chosen an alternate location in Epernay if we were more familiar with the region. We liked the hotel and the service was excellent. It should remain a JP Moser recommendation.
We also stayed at the Hotel à la Cour d´Alsace when we travelled to Alsace. This place is truly a wonderful place to stay. The staff was top notch and the accommodations were first rate. My wife was also very pleased with both places. We will use JP Moser as our first choice when considering quality places to stay on our trips.
We have recommended JP Moser to many of our friends already."

" My wife and I stayed at L´Assiette Champenoise near the end of a one-month vacation in France, Italy and Switzerland. Although somewhat expensive compared to some other similar properties where we had stayed, we found our accommodations there quite satisfactory. We found the setting and grounds at l´Assiette very attractive and impressive.
We were unable to have meals in the restaurant at l´Assiette (except for breakfast) but on one of the evenings of our stay we returned after dinner elsewhere and went to the bar for a liqueur. My wife and I had two Grand Marniers each with which nothing else such as nuts or chips was served. When my bill was presented at checkout I was billed 60 (sixty) Euros for the four drinks, which I thought was an exorbitant amount."

"It was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful place in a beautiful setting, WONDERFUL service, and the most amazing dinner we have ever experienced. We were more than thrilled with our stay.
We will definitely use your web page on future trips."

"The hotel was extremely difficult to locate. The name of the restaurant rather than the hotel features more prominently on the wall of the property which doesn´t help.
The hotel was comfortable, although rather in need of modernization, and the smoking room being beside the lobby is a little old-fashionably intrusive.
The restaurant is entirely different; modern, completely professional and carrying its star very seriously indeed. We had a sublime meal, although the staff were a little patronizing; we had two teen-age girls with us, who enjoy good food and have perfect manners, but they were not given a very friendly welcome. I am involved with two restaurants in London and have eaten well around the world, but the dishes we enjoyed remain forever in our memories.
All in all, the hotel is an asset to your very good and effective guide. I am sure that we would be pleased to stay again when we are in the area."

The Champenoise was worthy of 4* for it´s facilities and rooms. The staff were courteous but a little formal. The food was very good.
