Ballymaloe offers a Cookery School. Cookery demonstrations take place almost every weekday People who cannot spare the time to take an entire course often enjoy attending
a demonstration session while a course is in progress. Ingredients
are taken from the two acre walled vegetable and herb garden running
alongside the tower house. |

in 1888 and redesigned in 1927 by Alistar McKenzie, this championship
parkland course is as graceful and mature as it's age would suggest.

Carroll's Irish Open, the Irish Professional Championships and the
