Conditions:

- Rates are per room per night

- The rooms have the same price either for single use or for three people (some have sofa beds)

- Children are free
- Animals not allowed
- Credit cards are well accepted
- Fares include overnight stay, buffet breakfast, taxes and services

Guest Services:

The Borgo offers its guests a restaurant service with traditional recipes and local produce of the Marches. Other services available include: high quality laundry, babysitting, massage, beauty treatment with reliable staff recommended by the house.

Cancellation Policy

From October to April:
One night deposit for cancellation 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Total amount in case of no show.

From May to September:
Cancellation will be accepted without charge 14 days prior to the arrival date.
For later cancellation payment of 100% of nights.
