"This is the forth time that my wife and I have stayed in this Hotel, and as with all the previous visits, this one did not disappoint.
We stayed for 4 nights, and during that time found nothing to fault, the standard of service was as usual excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. Yes somethings have changed with the passing of the Boyer's, and at times madam's all seeing eye may have been missing, but this did not distract in any way from the level of comfort or relaxation enjoyed during our visit. Though I was some what surprised to see the complete relaxation of the dress code with both the hotel and the restaurant, but this is to be expected with the changing times. The food during the stay was excellent, although the shortened menu resulted in my wife and I running out of alternatives on the final night, but as you would expect, the kitchen were not found wanting and prepared dishes that where not on the menu for us to sample, a very elegent lobster salad with caviar, line caugh sea bass and as a pudding a wonderful souffle all which were outstanding. The wine list is all you would expect of an establishment of this quality, and covers every taste, especially as you would expect in the Champagne category.
It remains our favourite Hotel as it is quite simply the most welcoming and relaxed we have ever stayed at. That said we now rank the restuarant which was on top of our list as fourth, behind The Fat Duck, The Waterside both in Bray and The Ascot Oriental, close to the Blackness Gate at Windsor Great Park."

"It was truly fantastic: the place, service, rooms, food.....everything!"

"Our stay at the Boyer les Crayers in Reims was fantastic! The staff were friendly and attended to our every need from the moment we arrived until we left. The chef and food were fantastic! The champagne and wines were great! The room was spacious and comfortable... and the grounds were amazing to walk and enjoy. It was a pleasure to stay there and one I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
I hope to have the pleasure of going back there again someday!"

"We had a wonderful stay and meal."

"We were delighted. This was our second visit to Boyer, les Crayeres, this time in autumn, last time in spring. We stayed in a princess room and were indeed treated like royalty. The restaurant is as good as ever, and the grounds remain supremely peaceful. We can not recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to our next visit."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boyer Les Crayeres. Everything was exceptional - the room, the food, the service, the grounds. It was the best Hotel I've ever stayed in."

"Our experience with Boyer Les Crayeres in Reims has always been exceptionnal and that property definitely deserve the awards they received just as the best hotel in Europe (2005 Conde Nast traveller survey). Service is always very attentive and the food superb (the last time we were there May 15, the chocolate dessert was just unbelievable and will remain in our memory).
Everything was just perfect."

" We loved staying at Boyer Les Crayeres, It was our dream come true. The room was fantastic and the grounds of the hotel were beautiful. My only comment is that when we arrived we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff and politely showed our room. There was no acknowledgment of our 10th wedding anniversary.
That was great. But after that we had drinks in the salon. We felt that because we did not speak French we were not treated as well as those whom spoke French. The service seemed cool and distant.
The dinner at the restaurant was THE BEST very good. Such a beautiful room as well. The staff was attentive and friendly."

"We had 3 wonderful nights at Chateau Les Crayeres in June. It surpassed our expectations to every regard. The level of service and comfort was outstanding.
The food was truly spectacular. My only surprise -was to find the Champagne at such high prices considering the proximity to the Caves! Oh well- I suppose business is always business. =)
We have already recommended the hotel to friends who have subsequently stayed with you, and had an equally fabulous time.
Keep up the great work.
Hope very much to be able to come back and stay again next year!."

"The hotel in question is excellent, staff and service courteous and efficient; the house is situated in a wonderful garden. We were very satisfied. Just one little item: we didn’t take the dinner in the hotel due to the relatively high menu-price."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The chateau was beautiful and the service was impeccable. We were actually upgraded to a nicer room since the chateau was not fully booked. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant, and the staff was very helpful in organizing tours of the various champagne houses nearby. We were in France for 3 1/2 days and enjoyed our visit at the chateau the most."
