About Caminino

The small hamlet of Caminino lies within the walls of an ancient abbey dating back to the 11th century. Located on a hillside resembling a large natural amphitheater sloping lazily towards the plains below, it offers stunning views ofthe sea or the island of Giglio.
In the heart of Tuscany’s WildWest, La Maremma, Caminino is surrounded by history, artsand traditions from bygone times. Since 1873, the Locatelli-Marrucchi family have worked this olive grove, which is one of the most beautiful in Maremma; you’ll certainly want to buy some of the extra virgin oil they produce.
