For bookings made from 1st January 2008 for the same year:
- pre-payment 1 week before the arrival date on Low and Middle Season not
refundable in case of Cancellation or no arrival;
- pre-payment 3 weeks before the arrival date on High Season not refundable
in case of Cancellation or no arrival.
- For bookings at Palio festival: pre-payment 1 month before the arrival
date not refundable in case of Cancellation or no arrival.

Cancellation policy
To secure your reservation we need your credit card
details (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Only in
case of cancellation 48 hours before 6.00 p.m. of the
arrival date or in case of no arrival we will charge 1
night as penalty on your card. |
