"The hotel is small but physically quite charming and extremely well located, just above the main plaza in Granada and across from the footpath up to the Alhambra."

"We stayed at the Carmen de Sta Ines – which was delightful – we had the best room possible... The only comment we do have for this hotel is that whilst some of the staff were very friendly there were a couple who seemed like they didn’t really want to be there! Other than that, perfect.
We look forward to staying in another of your hotels soon."

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Carmen de Santa Ines. The hotel and room had the character of the country. The updated bathroom was wonderful and much appreciated after travelling all day. We felt the rates were fair and the service was friendly and informative. Definitely if we go back to Grenada we would stay there."

"I would highly recommend the Hotel Carmen de Santa Ines to anyone visiting Granada. The hotel was as charming as the city itself. Our only disappointment was not having the opportunity to stay longer and enjoy the El Mirador suite overlooking the Alhambra."

"It was very nice."

"Wonderful!!!!"

"The hotel is small and very charming. It is located in the middle of the old town. It will suit guests who like unusual hotels."

"The hotel was a most enjoyable experience. The décor is somewhat rustic, but had lots of character, was clean and provided an excellent private patio. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. As promised, the room provided an outstanding view of El Alhambra, and the breakfast was well presented and enjoyable. The hotel’s location was within very easy walking distance of the main points of interest in the city. Very good value for our money."

"We loved the Hotel Carmen de Santa Ines! It really felt like an old Moorish house that we'd been invited to stay in. Our room was clean & spacious and had a lovely view of the Alhambra, and our bathroom extremely quaint with blue-and-white tiling. There was an outside courtyard where we sat and read one afternoon, complete with fountain and boxwood hedges. The staff was wonderful--they helped us find restaurants, a flamenco concert, and cabs when we needed them. The location was superb: right in the heart of the Albacin. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Some down sides (which didn't bother us at all): the room was a bit cavernous and dark, and the bathroom not super modern (no real shower, just a squirt hose and a tub). Also, there is no way to drive to this hotel; since it is right in the middle of the Albacin, it's surrounded by cobblestone alleyways. The taxi from the bus station had to drop us off with our bags couple of alleyways from the door. If you had a car, it might be difficult."
