The cancellations have to be done by e-mail or fax
- High Season: For cancellations with less than 48 hours, 100% of the
amount of the first night and 25% of the rest of the stay will be charged to
your credit card.
- Low Season: For cancellations with less than 24 hours, 100% of the
amount of the first night will be charged to your credit card.
