This
Chateau Hotel is located in the famous Loire Valley in the village of
Saint Patrice between approximately midway between Tours and Saumur.
The Chateau was formally the private estate of Prince Talleyrand, and
after extensive renovation and modernisation it opened as a hotel in
1986. It offers a combination of beauty and comfort in an extremely
peaceful and relaxing setting. Outdoor swimming pool (heated 26°).
The château de Rochecotte is ideally located for visiting all the famous
châteaux, abbeys, churches and museums, as well as the world famous
vineyards, Bourgueil, Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil and Chinon.
The 34 bedrooms including three suites, are all tastefully decorated and
furnished to an extremely high standard and many overlook the charming

The restaurant, which is breathtakingly beautiful, enjoys an enviable
reputation for the high standard of its cuisine and is a gourmet's
delight with the menu du Jour (a four course menu, which changes daily)
at 39 euros. In addition there is a comprehensive “à la carte” menu. We
recommend you eat “a la carta” It is better option than half boad.
For business clients the restaurant is ideal for entertaining and the
hotel's 4 reception rooms can cater for up to 180 people. It is
therefore an ideal choice for business conferences, seminars, training
courses, meetings, small product launches as well as receptions.
The Loire Valley was registered by Unesco in the “Patrimoine Mondial de
l’Humanité” in recognition of the Loire Valley’s outstanding beauty and
