Every evening, we offer a unique menu* inspired by our own family recipes but adapted for the modern taste. Please note, we are not a gastronomic restaurant but a "table d'hôtes"
In the evening, you will enjoy a candlelit dinner in the 18th century dining room.
In the dining room, breakfast and dinner is served in a refined 19th century decor, with grey painted marble walls and soft pink silk curtains.
The room is most charming and offers a very romantic setting… Many marriage proposals have been made here! For dinner, Les Briottières propose a three course pre-set* menu. The meal qualifies as typical French family cooking, sometimes offering a little twist to traditional recipes as inspired by travel. Based on fresh and local products, a different menu is imagined and crafted by the hostess everyday. To accompany your dinner, a fine and diverse wine list is proposed.
Please fill this form for individuals or for groups and you shall receive an answer written by a live person at Chateau des Briottières. This is the only way you can know exactly what room types are available for the dates you want, and the best possible rate, because you are dealing directly with the hotel.
Bear in mind that websites set up to give an automatic answer, work with allocated quotas given by the hotel, therefore when it appears there are no rooms available for the date you want, this is not necessarily true, because they never allocate ALL the rooms to third parties.
