The Danai Beach Resort & Villas is located in the charming town of Nikiti, in Sithonia, the middle peninsula of Chalkidiki. Nikiti is one of the most popular tourist spots of Sithonia, as it possesses lovely beaches and has a well-developed tourist infrastructure.
Nikiti is also known for its impressive Macedonian architecture, prehistoric ruins and the wonderful churches, some of which date back to the fifth century. What the town is most famous for is its lush vegetation and exquisite views of the surrounding landscape. We suggest touring the area with a good Nikiti Sithonia map.
While in Nikiti, do not forget to try the luscious honey produced locally. It is considered one of the best in Greece. On the last Sunday in June the “Toronaios Passage” is held, which is a 24 km swimming race. If you are bold and adventurous, you may want to participate.
