VILLA CERRETELLO

Formerly a hunting lodge Villa Cerretello is a superb Tuscan country villa with a perfect, secluded, hill top location. A winding, tree-lined, private country road leads to the property, which is situated within its own gated grounds and gardens. Overlooking the full estate of Santo Stefano, Cerretello boasts views full circle while the neighbouring hill towns of Montaione, Gambassi and Castelfiorentino are visible on the horizon..

The villa offers 10 bedrooms, comprising 6 elegant double rooms and 2 spacious suites, all with ensuite or private bathrooms and can therefore accommodate generously up to 20 guests. All bedrooms and the two first floor suites are fully air-conditioned.

The large, highly functional and very pretty country kitchen is fully equipped to keep happy any chef, catering for large groups of family and friends.

The furnishings are in an elegant, Tuscan country style with a select number of restored antique pieces.

The focal point of the property is the spectacular infinity pool. Strategically placed, this excellent pool enjoys superb exposure literally from sunrise to sunset and from the crystal clear water your only view is the sweeping Tuscan panorama.

PODERE VIGNOLA

Once a distinguished old Tuscan farmhouse, Podere Vignola has today once again been completely restored to its original splendour. This superb property offers the most elegant, luxurious, country style accommodation. The impressive hill-top location affords spectacular, sweeping 360° views that stretch literally for miles across the estate of Santo Stefano to the neighbouring towns and villages. Podere Vignola is unique in that it can be enjoyed either exclusively as a single villa or taken as individual suites..

The property comprises the main villa, featuring 6 fully independent, superior apartment suites, and a smaller adjacent dépendance providing 2 further suites. Spacious, with private sitting rooms and full country kitchens, all suites ensure maximum privacy and extra personal space.

The splendid, mosaic tiled, infinity pool has its own spa bath, is one depth and has sweeping Roman steps leading into it for simple access. The pool sun terrace is paved in marble and terracotta.

LA VECCHIA SCUOLA

La Vecchia Scuola nestles in the hillside just below 'la rocca' the old castle lookout point, the 12th.C church and two secular maritime pines. Originally the old school house of the hamlet of Santo Stefano, this striking villa has recently undergone full restoration and has been divided into 2 completely independent smaller villas, each with private, completely separate access.

On two levels, the ground floor features a spacious sitting room with open fireplace and dining area with stunningly high, beautiful beamed ceilings. Still open space but around the corner from the main dining area, there is a fully equipped pretty country kitchen.

The villa offers 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 2 bathrooms, accommodating comfortably up to 5 guests. French windows in the mansard bedroom open directly onto a private, furnished, superbly panoramic terrace.
