| "Our stay at Castle Hotel Auf Schoenburg was very relaxing. Unfortunately, we stayed in March when the weather was not the best. Also, it seems we stayed during a weekend when nothing was open in the outlying area and neighboring towns. We wanted to take a cruise on the Rhine River, but once again the weather was not the best.
The reason for our stay was my wife´s birthday. I wanted to take her to a castle for a romantic getaway. The Catle Schoenburg had all the potential, but I was naive to think the weather would cooperate. If we were to return during the summer, I would have no regrets.
One suggestion that I think would help is the packaging of a weekend getaway for couples. Also, I think many companies would love the idea of retreating to a castle for seminars and other business meetings."
