| "Jose and Joanna are the perfect hosts. It seems impossible that they actually own this superb chateau, a real bonus is that Jose is also an imaginative and talented chef. We had dinner 3 nights in the magnificent dining room and wish now we had dined there more often. We went to 6 local restaurants for dinner but none came close for quality, ambience and value. Simply outstanding."
