| "Our visit to the Grotta Giusti was wonderful; we would both go back again. My only critical comment would be that for a first time visitor, the grotto/spa facilities are very complicated and spread out, We were always late because we were lost! As we were leaving, we discovered a huge outdoor pool that no one had ever told us about. The hotel room was clean and spacious, and the dining room experience was excellent. By the way, the amenity package of soaps and shampoo, etc. was one of the very nicest I´ve ever seen. The spa therapists were well-trained though not very personable; perhaps it is just a more European attitude, not like a luxury spa in the US where spa visitors are treated more like guests than like patients."
