| During our road trip through Germany we stayed at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten for 2 nights, and had a very nice and pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a great bath. Although we could only take advantage of one restaurant for the evening, the many restaurants in the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten showed the gastronomical diversity of the hotel. Our food was excellent, as was the morning buffet! Sadly, I learned one needs to book the special treatments in the Spa in advance, but my disappointment was quickly nipped when we took advantage of all there is to do and see in the historical town of Hamburg, which is uniquely centered around the Outer Alster. Quite impressive!
