"We went to the Hotel Formentor in Mallorca, on our three week Holiday last June, we are happy to report that we enjoyed the experience very much indeed. We only used the Hotel as a base and explored the rest of the Island during our stay. The public areas of the hotel are kept in excellent condition. The bar area and the Terrace overlooking the bay are very attractive places to enjoy an early evening drink. Our room was clean and comfortable and maintained promptly and efficiently every morning. The countryside behind the hotel offers all sorts of fascinating walks. This area is well known as a brief resting place for migratory birds on their way North or South during the migratory seasons. Bird enthusiasts (twitchers) throughout the world come here to watch the migratory birds as they descend briefly into the rocky coves. All in all, a very nice hotel in the most beautiful surroundings."
