"We had a fantastic time at Le Choiseul. The service was extraordinary. We arrived on foot (we´ve walked about 2000km of the GR trails in France since we lived in Aix in 2001 & 2002) and the staff at the hotel was exceptionally helpful. I had originally planned to take a cab back to Bois and retrieve our bags from the night before from our hotel there and the gentleman at the front suggested we call the hotel and have them contact a taxi. He took care of everything for me and had our bags delivered. Absolutely wonderful! We had a fantastic meal as well. The restaurant was superb and the service top notch. It´s clear they´re bucking for a second star :)."

"We stayed at Le Choiseul in July 2007. The ambience, accommodation and location were all fantastic. We would most differently recommend this hotel, particularly for the location in Amboise."
