"I found the Palacio de los Velada a wonderful hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was elegant in design and cozy. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. I enjoyed the special area where I could use the internet for free. The interior atrium was very classy. The plants along the balcony made it feel like a garden. I found the location perfect----inside the city walls, in walking distance to the cathedral and shops, and next to a wonderful pastry shop. It was the Palace with all its history! It was what I expected and more. I loved everything about it! Congratulations on a superb job! Whenever I needed a taxi your staff called for one and the taxi came in no time. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable stay. I will return with my husband. Aloha from Hawaii, USA!"

"Hi, I had a lovely stay in hotel, staff where friendly and helpful. Only problem l had was I had to change rooms during my stay which was a bit of a drag. I was attending a conference at the hotel and had booked extra days before and after the conference. I think the problem was l was in a double room which they needed and then l was transferred to a single room. This room was quite small however l would’ve preferred it when compared to the hassle of changing. This would be my only issue. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, well located, l have planned to return and use this hotel, and would advise to any friends going to Spain."
