"Chateau de Vault de Lugny"

C´était magnifique la soirée passé á ce chateau en aout dernier. Le restaurant gastronomique trés fin, et la gentilesse du personnel, sont inoubliables. Dommage nous avons prévu une seule nuit, pour connaitre le Vezélay. J´aimerais vraiment y retourner.

"It is unfortunate that we only stayed one night at the Chateau de Vault de Lugny, Avallon. It is in a sense, a bit of a dream property! Had we known how special it is we would have tried to stay longer! The property is beautiful in its own right, while the setting around it is quite superb. My family, (we were two children and two adults) stayed in a ground floor suite overlooking the central lawns. It was more than comfortable and extremely spacious. The service was excellent, and the owners were very hospitable and most welcoming. All in all we are very pleased to have tried out the hotel. Our children were also thrilled with the white peacocks roaming around the garden!"
