JP Moser Stayed Here!
Once upon a time, this gorgeous 17th century farmhouse was a place abounding with new ideas and perspectives. In around the year 1840, several young artists sojourned within its illustrious walls. Thanks to the warm welcome they received from “Mother Toutain,” the innkeeper at the time, this flock of young painters, hungry for nature and fresh, country air, produced a number of exceptional pieces of artwork which are treasured today. These extraordinary encounters gave rise to the famous Impressionist School of Honfleur, otherwise known as the School of Saint Siméon.

Our concierge, Xavier Parent, a proud member of Les Clefs d’Or extends his hospitality to all our guests. Xavier learnt his trade in exclusive Paris hotels such as the Ritz, the Concorde or the Sofitel Bourbon before joining our hotel in 1989.

Painting materials will be loaned. Each lesson is limited to two people and the time of the booking must be confirmed in advance.

Perfectly suited for short stays, this room category offers sufficient space, which will seduce you with its cosiness and warmth. Regardless of what lies beneath the roof, be it the eaves or ground floor apartments, all offer beautiful openings onto the park.

Take the exterior stairs of the Pavilion, between the half-timbering and the apple trees, to access some of them directly. For others, let yourself be driven under the eaves, in the warmth of the mansard beams, with an unfettered view of the flower gardens. Three rooms offer the same charm as the latter, but offer a more superb view of the Seine and its estuary.

A magnificent option with a view of the estuary! Large and bright, all these vast and comfortable rooms offer welcoming woodwork and light colors. The light of the estuary flows freely.
You will be seduced by this beautiful space, ideal for long stays. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the sky and sea.
Each of the rooms of the Pressoir are enhanced by balconies and terraces.
Two of the rooms in the main building are historical, one was always chosen by the painter Claude Monet and the other, favored by the painter Camille Corot.
Our only Deluxe room with garden view offers a magnificent space under the beams to the windows, which open onto the wonderful apple orchards. A large mansard with a pleasant sitting area, perfect for staying with a young child.

These two "small" suites are a really romantic choice in the historic building.
For one, cathedral ceilings and beams, windows open from east to west to follow the Sun's path. A small intimate lobby, a beautiful sitting area, the bed facing the brightness. Lie down on the bed and look up to admire the light radiated by the wonderful Venetian glass chandelier.
For the other, a view through to the garden and Seine, cozy living room and separate bedroom with oak woodwork, and bathroom with soft shades of white marble. A nice balance between contemporary furniture and family antique pieces.

Our most beautiful suites, spacious and bright, all offer an unforgettable view overlooking the sea. You will especially love the large lounge, speckled with pretty decorative objects, punctuated by the refined beauty of the Flamant furniture.
The room with a romantic touch provided by the pastel colors and the understated wooden canopy bed for the other.
Terraces and balconies expand the space beyond its walls in order to admire the beautiful glowing sunsets on the horizon.
The other two complete an amazing suite. Charming wood panelling and shades of purple, a nice muted space perfect for seeking refuge. The Eagle's nest perched high with a dominant view!
For each of these 3 beautiful suites, are large and contemporary, luxurious and functional bathrooms.

Step in our beautiful spa, an area dedicated to well-being and absolute relaxation. Leave your worries behind and treat your body and mind to the soothing effects of water and massage. We also boast a unique beauty centre offering specially designed organic treatments with apples from Normandy for a truly relaxing experience.

Experience timeless happiness in front of crackling fireplaces in the light of the estuary.
Our chefs, Jacques Maximin, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and Sébastien Faramond, Executive Chef, work with a passionate team to serve you simple, mouth-watering cuisine that showcases the excellence of Normandy's products from the land and the sea.

La Boucane, which means "this old cottage" in Norman dialect, welcomes you today with its good bistro cuisine. This historical seventeenth century former outbuilding served as a model for Monet and the impressionists on numerous occasions. Here you will enjoy a simple and delicious cuisine which features products from the sea.

The Ferme Saint Siméon bar is a large lounge, both overlooking the flowery gardens and the Seine and bathing in the warm sun within the cosiness of the wood panelling and its crackling fire.
In the rhythm of the afternoon, in the setting sun or even later, relax with a cocktail or Calvados and other Armagnacs which mix their deliciously fruity fragrance as the hours after dinner slowly pass by.
There are regular opportunities to see a group of musicians who come to liven up unforgettable evenings where champagne and gaiety are a must for the happiness of all!
