Foresteria Baglio della Luna was born form the restoration of an antique structure in the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Today, a few years after its opening, is a sure point of reference as a high level Sicilian hotel. The structure is composed of an end-of-the XIII century Tower that was restructured in 1555 by Emperor Charles V and used in defense and watch against the Saraceni by Carlo V.
One finds the rooms of the hotel creatively arranged in a reserved guest area surrounding a courtyard enclosed by high walls (Baglio). A special note must be given to the restaurant “Il Dehors” classified by gastronomes as one of the four top restaurants in Sicily.
