CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations no cancelled within the following terms are subject to cancellation fees:

For reservations in between December 22, 2007 to January 3, 2008
and from May 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008

In case of cancellation until 21 days prior arrival date, no charges will apply and advance deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from 20 to 10 days prior arrival date, 1 night advance deposit will not be refunded and a fee up to the 50% of entire stay booked including the advance deposit will be charged on credit card.
In case of cancellation from 9 days prior arrival date and until arrival day and/or in case of no-show, 1 night advance deposit will not be refunded and a fee up to the 80% of entire stay booked including the advance deposit will be charged on credit card.

For other periods from January 4, 2008 to April 30, 2008
and from November 1, 2008 to December 21, 2008
In case of cancellation until 7 days prior arrival date, no charges will apply and advance deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from 6 days prior arrival date and until arrival day and/or in case of no-show, 1 night fee. Advance deposit will not be refunded.

Reduction of length of stay
For any shortening in length of stay one night charge will automatically incur. For Junior Suites or Suites you may be liable to pay the total number of nights reserved.
