By Car:

From Milan: take Highway A8 direction Varese-Laghi. Follow the signs for Varese until you reach the point (near Gallarate & Malpensa Airport) where the highway divides into two directions: Varese on the right and Gravellona-Toce straight ahead: you must follow the signs for Gravellona-Toce. You will then automatically fall onto highway A26. Exit at Baveno and follow the signs for Verbania. You will reach a large round-about where you must turn right. Follow the signs for Verbania-Intra-Villa Taranto and keep going straight until the lake is actually in front of you. Turn right and you will pass in front of the famous botanical gardens of Villa Taranto. Proceed along the lakeshore for about one kilometer until you see the hotel on the left side of the road.
