Cancellation Policy

The hotel maintains a 24 hours cancellation policy. That is, cancellation for a room reservation must be received by the hotel 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, in order to avoid a one-night penalty charge.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits
For a reservation to be valid, it must be guaranteed to a major credit card (expiry date must be indicated) or a one-night deposit must be made.

American Express / Visa / Diners Club / JCB / MasterCard / Carte Blanche

Child/Family Policy
Cot for babies up to 2 years old inclusive: € 20 per day
Extra bed rate for children 3-12 years old: € 50 per day. (Applicable to junior suites and classic rooms).
Connecting rooms available on request (classic lake view to classic room): if one of the rooms is occupied by two children between the age of 3-12 years old, a reduction of 30% will apply on the classic room rate. This arrangement is available on request, only by contacting the hotel directly.

Pet Policy
Small size dogs (max. height 25 cm.) are accepted at the cost of € 15 per day.
Medium size dogs (max. height 55 cm.) are accepted at the cost of € 25 per day.
Dogs are not admitted in the public areas of the hotel, with the exception of "La Terrazza" Bar and Garden
