The Grand
Hotel Bellevue
is a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the middle of an
18000 m2 park at the entrance of Gstaad.

Brazilian writer Paulo Coelho, author of bestseller "Der Alchimist" of
whom, Thomas Straumann – proprietor of the Grand Hotel Bellevue - is a
self-confessed, passionate fan of the works of Coelho; serves regional
and international cuisine at reasonable prices. In the afternoon cake
and desserts from their very own pâtisserie is served.
In addition to a 2,500 m2 wellbeing centre, the Bellevue Bar and a jazz
