"My wife and I had a fantastic night at your hotel. We are familiar with Reims and comfortable with the hotel’s location, as it is not very central, but easy to find. The room was perfect, large enough to feel big and small enough to still feel intimate. My Wife especially enjoyed the big bath. The Hotel entrance was being renovated and one could see that it will be fantastic when finished. I would certainly recommend the hotel."

"My wife and I enjoyed our two night visit at Grand Hotel des Templiers in Reims. I have stayed at Les Crayeres and wanted a nice place closer to the town center. The hotel is nicely appointed and had a good location. The staff were very courteous and professional. They recommended restaurant Le Foch, which we savored both nights we stayed in Reims. I was pleased to find the Hermes Orange Verte toiletries (I use them at home). The in−room breakfast was beautifully presented and excellent. I have, however, one small complaint. We were given Room #4, which is next to the Breakfast area and parking. It was quite noisy and we had hoped to sleep late. That aside, I would stay at (and recommend!) des Templiers again, just with different room accommodations. Perhaps next year!"

"We had a lovely stay, the decor is very Louis XVIII, rooms a tad small, but people incredibly friendly and helpful. Handy for doing a tour of Lanson as it is next door and close−ish to Mumm. A brisk 10 minute walk from the centre of town, which is fine.
We'll definitely be going back and have recommended the place to friends."

"We cannot think of any reason for you to remove Grand Hotel des Templiers from your guide. We have stayed there several times and have always been very satisfied with the high standard of service and surroundings. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist. We have made full use of the swimming pool.
Although a small hotel it is its very exclusivity which makes it such a memorable stay."

In particular we left some personal items in the room and upon our return to the US we emailed the hotel. They kindly and promptly sent us the package. We would highly recommend this hotel− especially since our impression is that there aren't very many well located, upscale hotels in Reims."

"We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Hotel des Templiers. The accommodation was excellent − it exceeded our expectations and made our time in Reims a real pleasure. It was delightful to come back to after a long day sampling champagne! The facilities were fantastic and it was lovely to go for a swim at the end of the day and first thing in the morning. In addition the location was excellent as we could easily walk into the centre but the street was quiet so we weren't disturbed at all when we wanted a lie in.
The service we received was also really fabulous. Everyone was courteous and indulged our very very poor French by speaking excellent English. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel at home and as if nothing was too much trouble and the minute we requested something it arrived!
I would definitely recommend Grand Hotel des Templiers and have already suggested that family and friends should visit (although it was so good that in some ways I'd like to keep it as our little secret!!)."

"I was a little surprised by the room this time as on my first stay I had a much larger, grander room upstairs and this time it was a lot smaller downstairs. I thought I ordered the same standard room both times but maybe I just forgot. Anyhow, I like your hotel and will stay there again en route between London and Laussanne."

"The hotel was very nice; the room was well decorated although on the small side. It was a very unique property − which was nice and it was also helpful to have secure parking at the hotel. The breakfast was good although a little expensive and the swimming pool was very nice. All in all and nice hotel."
