Cancellation
policy |

Where it is not otherwise specified, if Client does not
cancel the booking by 12,00 PM (noon) on the day before
arrival and does not show up at the hotel, GRAND HOTEL
PALAZZO DELLA FONTE will debit the cost of the first
night stay as a penalty. In the case concerning packages,
the amount of the panalty will be 50% of the total
package value.
No sum will be
charged to the credit card if cancellation is made in
accordance with the above fixed
terms. |

Change of an
existing booking |
|
In order to amend an existing reservation it is
necessary to make another booking which meets the new
parameters and then cancel the old one. GRAND HOTEL
PALAZZO DELLA FONTE does not grant the acceptability of
alterations requested by the Client after reservations
have been made: if it is not possible to satisfy such
requests, the changes may be subject to a supplementary
charge. In this case, withdrawal by the Client will be
considered as a cancellation. |

Child Policy
|
|
One child up to 12 years of age, if sharing a bedroom
with at least an adult, is free of charge, on room and
breakfast basis (if this is included in the room
quotation). In case of separate room a discount will
applied: 25% (on August) or 50% (the rest of the year),
only on room rates and packages where this is mentioned
explicitly. |
