"This is to advise you that we have now completed our holiday at the Grand Hotel Riviera and can report that it was a fabulous experience. The hotel is in a superb location, the staff are extremely good and the food was excellent. The facilities are well managed and we always felt that we were being looked after.
One small point, we would have liked to have had the opportunity to have had massage in the hotel.
Apart from that, an excellent holiday and we do intend to revisit this hotel in the future, perhaps in 2007."

"We really enjoyed your Hotel. The property was beautiful the room was comfortable but pricy. William at the front desk was terrific as was another young man whose name escapes me now. He helped us with getting train tickets at a travel agent in town and other things we required..
Breakfast was very continental and friendly.

"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Riviera was very enjoyable. The room was of very high standard - clean, light and spacious. The service was excellent: The bell boy was extremely helpful and showed us how all the facilities in the room worked - which often does not happen in many 'top class' hotels. The reception staff was extremely helpful with our queries and requirements.
From the outside, the hotel looks a little bit past its prime, but the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of service more than makes up for this."

"Excellent, we enjoyed every moment of our stay, so much so that we did not want to come home. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful and most spoke English which was a great help with our shaky Italian! Our suggestion for improvement would be to prune some of the trees around the swimming pool."
