The Hotel has its own 18-holes
golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, that is an
appealing challenge for any novice or experienced golfer.
Alicante Golf's 6,270-metre round requires a strategic
approach to each hole as well as the use of every club. It
is a par 72 course, the two halves of which are so balanced
that the second nine holes measure a distance of 3,125
metres.

carpaccio or, if you prefer, a tasty salad of stuffed quail
of foie.

Impressive set of buildings constructed during the 18th
century. Concathedral Church of San Nicolas de Bari:
Constructed in the 17th century and declared a National
Monument. The 18th century Communion Chapel stands out in
the interior with its 45 m dome. Santa Barbara castle,
at the top of Benacantil mountain. There is a panoramic view
of the city from the top. The castle owns the Capa Sculpture
Collection. Explanada de España (seaside promenade). Old
quarter: Council, Baroque style palace built in the 18th
century. Santa Maria church: Started in the 14th
century over a Moresque Mosque. It has the Museo de la
Asegurada, with an outstanding 20th century art collection.
