Plan a seminar in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy and its wine country. 4 meeting rooms are available at the Hostellerie Le Cèdre with a capacity up to 80 persons depending on the configuration selected.
Benefiting from full daylight and with a view of the gardens, the four meeting rooms are fully equipped.
Various configurations are possible depending on your needs. The refreshments for the breaks are prepared by the pastry chef and served in the gardens or beside the fireplace depending on the season.
The lunches may be buffet or traditional, depending on your wishes and programme.

The rooms are air-conditioned and benefit from daylight. They are equipped with flip charts, a screen and video projector. Upon request: television and DVD player. Other material can be hired, subject to quotation. WIFI in all the rooms (free). Each participant has a file with paper and biro.
Beautiful and refined, the Privilege Rooms are the largest one-floor rooms, from 28 to 32 square meters in size. They have a work area. Some are triple rooms to accommodate up to three people (on request).
The Privilege rooms are suitable for travelers with a lot of luggage and for a long stay.
Large volume of space for these Junior Suites they have a size from 50 to 55 square meters: a reception area with sofa and work desk on the ground floor, a double bedded or twin bedded room on the mezzanine floor. Two television sets and a Nespresso® coffee machine. Bathroom tiled with Burgundy stone material.
The Junior suites are suitable for travellers with a lot of luggage and for a long stay.
All rooms have the excellent facilities for your comfort: reversible air-conditioning, shower and/or bath, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, minibar, free WIFI, flat screen LED television with international channels, DVD player, Sealy brand king-size mattress etc.
According to your wishes, our rooms can have a large bed (180 cm wide) or twin beds.

Le Clos du Cedre
This gourmet restaurant occupies a master wine grower's house of the 19th century in the heart of a park of the Hostellerie Le Cèdre. The dining room is a suite of rooms with character, with original mouldings, panelling and wooden floors. Beautiful terrace in the gardens where you will be able to enjoy the summer days.
This Michelin-star restaurant will delight you not just by its beauty but also by the quality of the gastronomy. Chef Christophe LEDRU plans menus around the seasons, with special attention to local products and authentic flavors.
Orders are taken everyday for dinner between 7 and 9:30 pm and every Sunday for lunch between noon and 1:30pm.
Closed for lunch from Monday through Saturday.
