windsurfing, scuba diving (June-August). All activities conducted by
professionals in their respective fields.
- Fishing A one-year fishing license can be obtained by paying a fee
at the Iseo post office.

The Espace Vitalité at L'
Albereta is run by Henri Chenot, one of the foremost experts
in benessere. This centre covers a total surface area of
1,500 square metres, divided into two levels. The ground
floor directly overlooks a large park. A bright bow window
extends into the park and contains a fitness area, equipped
with Technogym fitness equipment. This lower floor is given
over to hydrotreatments (Sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp bath
and Hydrotherapy) and is dominated by a huge swimming pool.
