Hotel Mayfair is a charming small four star hotel located in the heart of Paris, which offers the quality of service of many big ones. You will find yourself in a calm, peaceful and refined atmosphere, surrounded by hospitality and courtesy only the finest French tradition can offer.
This hotel has only 51 rooms, all very nicely decorated. They are renovated on a regular basis, in fact, 2 floors have just been renovated this year. Each of the 51 rooms and bathrooms has its own unique decoration and reflects the eternal Parisian style. The rooms vary mainly in size and in price of course, they go from a small single with a standard twin or an oversize twin bed, measuring 1.20 meter in width (approx. four feet) to a large spacious room with two twins and a very comfortable bath with independent toilet room inside the bathroom. The Hotel Mayfair stands out from others because it offers smoking and non-smoking floors, which is something not common at all to find in Paris. As a matter of fact, smoking is not permitted in the breakfast room. Also, they offer Room Service until midnight, so you can have dinner in your room quite late.
This Haussmanian-style building, built in the 19th Century has an excellent location, right behind the Westin Hotel, on a quiet side street, a block and a half from Place Vendome, two block from the Concorde Metro station and three from the Tuileries station. This is quite advantageous to get around in Paris, because both stations are on line No. 1 of the Paris Metro, which intercepts most of the other lines, so wherever you go, if its not on the same line, you never have to change trains more than once. |
