In the wings of the immense “show kitchen”, the chef and his crew are working. They are all epicureans, curious-spirited gastronomes.

The preparation and cooking are live, on show, to be shared, it’s an experience. Dishes are steeped in the taste of adventure and wrought with conviviality. Each ingredient is carefully selected, always with a preference for local and Valais origins.

An example? On the menu the selection “Swiss Gourmet” scrupulously honoured by the Chef. Succulent meats, grilled on request, American style - a lively flame and a BBQ XXL. Pizzas are home-made olive oil and tomatoes come directly from Italy, prepared by real pizza chefs.

The Valais region is honoured in each dish at the Cheese Factory: a setting with a traditional feel, where raclette and fondue can be tasted in a cosy atmosphere. The menu dares original, local, specialties, prepared in modern and extra gourmand way, in a setting designed around images of the Alpine Region. The cheese is local, of great vintages, tweaked, depending on the recipes, according to the season.
