Golf at Lake Fuschl
Fuschl is a paradise for
golfers with the hotel's own 9-hole golf course and the

these 9 holes are extremely interesting to play. |

Salzburg means “salt castle”, referring to its massive
fortress and the white gold from the mountains in the South. The city is
noted for its baroque architecture and Alpine setting. It was the birthplace of
the world known famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The
Altstadt, or "old town", is dominated by its baroque
towers and many churches.
Salzburg is rich in tradition, history and culture. The lovely scenery and the
city's carefully preserved architecture, combine to create an unique charm.
Located on the banks of the Salzach river, at the northern boundary of the
Alps, the mountains to Salzburg's south contrast with the rolling plains
to the north.
The city's magnificent baroque town center is assigned as an
UNESCO World
Cultural Heritage site and can easily be explored by strolling along the
charming alleys.
Salzburg is a tourist favorite, with the number of tourists outnumbering
locals by a large margin in peak times. In addition to Mozart's birthplace there
are interesting places such as the Salzburg Cathedral, the Mirabelli
Gardens; both
a representation of the baroque architecture; also
there are places such as the Albertina, the
Schoenbrunn Palace, and the
Hohensalzburg Fortress, as many others.
The city has a world famous music festival that attracts visitors
during the months of July and August each year..
