Canncelation Policy

Please guarantee your reservation by sending your credit card details. It will be charged with the 30% of the total of your stay, and for all reservations of less than 3 nights it will be charged only one night cost.
The cancellation of the booking effected without respecting the term and the anticipated formalities, will involve for the client the following payment of the penalties suitable, calculated in percentage on the rates corresponding to the typology of the furnished services. The terms related to the cancellation of the bookings must be counted beginning from the first day of the stay.

From 21 to 15 days in advance = 30% (for reservations of less than 3 nights it will be charged only 1night cost)
From 14 to 08 days in advance = 75%
From 07 to 00 days in advance = 100%

In case of early departure, full room rate will be charged for all the remaining days.
Without constituting contractual obligation, the hotel keeper will lavish him to resell the annulled services. In positive case it will reduce in proportion the penalties, except the greater expenses or the smaller incomes determined by the substitution.
