The Hotel AC Aitana opened in
1998; is part of a new hotel chain which is rapidly growing all over
Spain. Their idea is to revolutionize the hotel industry in Spain by
providing an almost perfect place to stay for business and tourists as
well. The location of the Aitana is very convenient for any one doing
business with Spanish government. Their offices are practically across
the street in the "Nuevos Ministerios." Nevertheless, it is also a good
location for tourists because you have an excellent bus service that
stops right in front of the hotel.
There are a couple of amenities in the Hotel AC Aitana specially worthwhile
mentioning, one is free mini bar in all rooms and satellite connection
to Internet possible with your own laptop by means of buying something
like a phone card, at the reception; this is a wireless connection.
Overall, the Aitana is an excellent address to be at while visiting
Madrid, because it is walking distance to lots of good restaurants,
walking distance also to the famous Bernabeu stadium and just a half
block from Paseo la Castellana which provided quietness because you are
