Hotel Augustus consists of three buildings and seven villas. The Main Building is the heart of the hotel, offering the style and the furnishings of an exclusive residence. This part of the complex has a restaurant, an American bar and 32 rooms, most of which have a balcony and a park view. The New Wing, called "La Nave" (the ship) is located behind the Main Building. It has been designed and realized according to modern hotel criteria. In its utmost quiet "La Nave" offers 26 large rooms, all with a spacious balcony facing the park and most of which are equipped with 2 bathrooms. The Augustus Lido is the part of the hotel closest to the sea. Formerly the holiday residence of the Agnelli family, this charming villa features its original decoration and antique furniture. It has been completely refurbished but it still keeps the exclusive and welcoming atmosphere of an elegant mansion. It is linked to the hotel's private beach by an underground passage and includes a large garden and covered parking.
The family villas set in the grounds of the complex provide yet another attractive alternative for guests. Completely refurbished, equipped with air conditioning and sitting room, these accommodations offer a sojourn in complete privacy with all the comforts of a luxury hotel. The villas differ in size and range from a minimum of 2 bedrooms up to 6 bedrooms. The largest ones can be divided in two separate apartments.
Last but not least, besides the hotel's private beach there is a large heated swimming pool set amidst the greenery of the large green areas of the Hotel Augustus.
