From the Airport:

Go in the direction Malaga-Motril along the motorway 340
When you arrive in Malaga continue towards Motril and take the exit marked P. de Sancha - Limonar at Km 244. When you reach the first crossroads, turn left, pass underneath the motorway and turn left again towards Ronda Malaga - Algeciras.

When you rejoin the motorway, leave it at the next exit (Km 243, Fuente Olletas - Ciudad Jardin). Follow this road which goes downhill and passes through the Monte Dorado Tunnel. Continue for 200 metres and then take the left hand lane as far as the Lidl Supermarket. Opposite the entrance to the supermarket, turn left and continue along this street (Escritor Antonio Ramos) until joining the Malaga-Colmenar road.

Turn left and follow this road for approximately 12 km. After going through two tunnels you will arrive at the roadside restaurant Venta El Detalle (km 548-549). Leave the road and continue along an unpaved track until you reach the Cortijo La Reina Hotel.
