cook Martin Herrmann, turns his gastronomic ideas into
reality. The style of the young maitre is very creative, an
always surprising combination of refinement and tradition,
which cannot and does not want to deny the influence of
nearby France, country of the gourmets. |

Acknowledgement is giving us over and over again new swing
and verve, to start new venture and continious our
improvement. The big amount of important honours from the
hotel- and restaurant guides certified our previous effort
and is showing us the way into the future. |

precooked our chef de cuisine Martin Hermann a star in the
Guide Michelin for the new gourmetrestaurant "Le Pavillon"
and a "Bib Gourmand" for our restaurant. |
