Welcome to Les Bories, a 5 Star charming hotel with 33 rooms and suites with a panoramic view on the Luberon. Enjoy our 1* Michelin Gastronomic restaurant directed by Pascal Ginoux, our “Club Pool” restaurant during season, an outdoor heated swimming pool overhanging the 10 hectares domain, the aromatic garden, tennis court and heliport. Outdoor Swimming Pool
The Hotel Les Bories & Spa’s outdoor swimming pool offers a magnificent view over Gordes and the Luberon. Escape, dream and relax in the sun, as you settle down comfortably in one of the deckchairs at the poolside. 
The swimming pool’s temperature is 28°C from middle of April till end of September and allows you to take advantage of the mild Provencal climate up (depending of the weather).

Standing on the Vaucluse plateau, Gordes appears suddenly as you round a bend. Listed as one of the “most beautiful villages in France”, it is less than an hour from Avignon and offers stunning views over the Luberon.
Among the houses, narrow streets, ancient doorways and arches, the charm of this village will never cease to amaze you.
The imposing fortress houses the town hall and the Pol Mara museum (a contemporary Flemish painter).
