From North (Milan, Florence):
The best exit for Perugia on the Florence-Rome Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole) is the Valdichiana exit; from there take the S.S. 75 Highway, entering Umbria at Lake Trasimeno and continuing until reaching Perugia. To reach the Hotel Perusia e la Villa exit at the Perugia-Piscille exit; follow signs for the Centro (Centre) and then to the ospedale di Monteluce (Monteluce Hospital).

From South (Rome):
Again taking the Florence-Rome Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole), coming from the south the best exit for reaching Perugia is Orte. From the Orte exit, first follow S.S. 204 (toward Terni), then take the E45 (or S.S. 3) from Terni to Perugia. When arriving in Perugia, to reaching the Hotel Perusia e la Villa take the Perugia-Piscille exit; follow signs for the Centro (Centre) and then for the ospedale di Monteluce (Monteluce Hospital).

From Motorwa A14 on the Adriatic Coast:
The best way to reach Perugia is to exit the motorway at the Cesena exit, and then take the Cesena-Orte E45 Highway, which brings you first to Città di Castello and then Perugia. To reach the Hotel Perusia e la Villa exit from the Highway at the Ponte Felcino exit; pass through the Ponte Felcino industrial area and then follow signs for Perugia and the ospedale di Monteluce (Monteluce Hospital).
