Hotel Perusia was built in the later 1980’s on the grounds of a well known Villa which now houses the restaurant "Villa Perusia", which by the way, since January 1999, is opened all days of the week to hotel guest (group and individual guest, business or leisure).
The rooms of Hotel Perusia are quite spacious, comfortable and air conditioned, sizes vary from 260 square feet to approximately 310’ square. Some new elegant junior-suites and a two levels suite were added in June 2003. They are all alike; the only difference can be the bed arrangement. It is recommendable to book a back side room looking out to a park where there is no noise. There is an extra large terrace from where you can see practically the whole region and even jog if desired; this terrace is as big as a track.
Last but not least, there is a swimming pool located on the fifth floor, on the hotel roof garden. The architectural relief of the building reinforces the natural hill position of Perugia, offering a splendid scenic view of the surrounding hills and valleys. At poolside, you can relax with aperitifs or cocktails while enjoying the sun and the beauty of the surrounding area.
