Books, old trunks, world map, rocking chair, hourglasses representing time, invite to the imagination of great voyages. In this pretty cabinet of curiosity in luminous tones of blue and gray. Like an invitation to travel, the library is enriched with beautiful books. The "Petrol Blue" office alone creates a creative spirit, ready to develop new adventures ... Those of the Chef with delighted cooking, certainly the taste buds.

A simple look at the wallpaper in mosaics and here is a first smile that appears on the lips ! In this suite on the ground floor, the decoration puts hot pepper and plays with colors, shapes and materials, just right. The furniture is a nice gay and sparkling set. Here explosive decoration amuses and jostles, without aggressing, a little like those amazing marbles served at the chef's table as aperitif and dessert, and which surprise when they burst in the mouth.

Freshness of the moment, intuitive blossoming, here the raw materials, free from artifice, the dynamic and nascent colors play spontaneity and create surprise. Certainly the same as that at the Chef's table when he revisits "Le Cassoulet" in his own way! Crude, without artifice, which, under the creativity of the Chef, brings back the terroir.

A foot barely placed in the room, we are transported into a gentle madness. Some wickerwork and skilful gilding, coral, white and yellow give the decoration a gourmand look, slightly powdered, gently as a nice dessert perfectly done, fine and delicate, just waiting to be crunched. Esprit, reverie, questioning, a trio of words perfectly suited to the "Réflexion" room (34 m²). A place where to escape takes its full meaning, in all simplicity, calmly but without coldness. The ocher tones, gray, anthracite and black blend with natural oak and white for an invitation to reverie. The Chef's extraordinary "mousse" of potatoes is certainly not unrelated to this light-hearted atmosphere.

A magician of taste whose most beautiful inventions earned him his first star in 2003.
Apart from its vegetable garden whose fruits and flowers (carnations, borage, nasturtiums, geraniums ...) associate with finesse to its recipes, Frank Renimel favors short circuits as source of supply.
The Chef is always keen to promote the products of the Midi-Pyrénées region, or close ones, guarantee of added value and quality. Eggs, milk, poultry, suckling pig, beef, bread come from producers located in the commune or neighbors. Vegetables grew in the south-west at Aire-sur-Adour, citrus fruits under the sun of Perpignan, in the Pyrenees-Orientales.
