Hotel Santa Chiara overlooks the Gran Canal and Piazzale Roma (the only part of Venice reachable by car). It is in front of the train station and really near to the cruise terminal and few minutes by car from the Marco Polo airport. It is the only hotel in Venice with private parking (on request only)!!! The hotel location is unique and It is the easiest one to reach ( so you don’t need to drag your luggage trough the alleys looking for the hotel). It is few minutes walk from San Marco square ( or few minutes by water bus, which stops almost in front of the hotel). The breakfast room, the bar and the Hall overlook the Grand Canal. Our Annex Residenza Parisi is situated about 150 meters form the main historical building, there we have our classic room. Which rates are not inclusive of breakfast.
The attention to detail and service characterize all hotel rooms, whether in the annex, in the historical building or in newly constructed wing. Available to all our guests, the bar and breakfast room overlooking the Canal, the private parking and a terrace on the roof of the new building overlooking Piazzale Roma and the Grand Canal!

The parking is underground, it has 12 spaces and it’s available ONLY on request. The space must be reconfirmed by the reception at the moment of the reservation.
There’s no reason to bring your bags over the bridges, you just have to drive to the entrance of the Hotel in Piazzale Roma and introduce yourself to the desk.

Deluxe City View Rooms overlook Piazzale Roma or the Giardini and are located in the main building. All rooms have a modern style with Venetian features. They have wooden floor. All rooms are equipped fine fabrics on the walls with shower, minibar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe, air conditioning and direct control system, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, coffee machine.
Their size ranges from 20 to 26 square meters and some are large enough to accommodate 3 people.
The images are representative of the standard furnishing of different types of room, but individually they may have different colors or furniture disposition.
The Deluxe Small Canal View rooms are located in main building of the hotel.
All are overlooking the Rio Nuovo and the Papadopoli gardens and are furnished in Venetian style (with a modern touch!). Most of the floors are wooden, however some are built venetian style. All of them have fine fabrics on the walls and most are equipped with beautiful murano glass chandeliers. All rooms are soundproof and equipped with private bathroom, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe, air conditioning and heating, hairdryer, Wi-Fi connection, coffee machine.
The size is between 20 and 28 square meters and their occupancy is double.
The Grand Canal View Deluxe rooms are located in the main building of the hotel and they are all facing the Grand Canal.
The rooms in the historic part are furnished in Venetian style with a modern touch and those in the modern building have a modern style that recalls the Venetian one. Most floors are wooden. All have fine fabrics on the walls and most are equipped with Murano glass chandeliers. Their size ranges from 23 to 28 square meters and the occupancy is double.
The Junior Suite has a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal and Rio Novo and is the most beautiful room in the whole hotel!
The room is 30 square meters (large enough to accommodate three adults). From the terrace, almost as big as the room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
The decor is typically Venetian but with a contemporary touch. The room has a wooden floor and fine fabrics on the walls. It is equipped with mini-bar, satellite TV with large screen TV, telephone with direct external line, safe, air conditioning and heating with direct control system, bathtub, hairdryer, towels and quality services, Wi-Fi, machine for coffee.
The Classic rooms are located in the annexed Residenza Parisi (150 meters from the main building) and the rates shown are not including breakfast.

From the exit from the motorway A4, continue in the Venice direction.
Once you have arrived to Piazzale Roma by car, the hotel can be found on theGrand Canal side (it’s easily visible from the sides of Piazzale).
By plane:
The international airport Marco Polo can be found about 10km from Venice.
There are frequent connections with Piazzale Roma: by bus (no. 5 or written Venezia), taxi, or water-taxi (motoscafo).
Once you have arrived to Piazzale Roma, you’ll see the Hotel on the Grand Canal side (it’s easily visible from the sides of Piazzale).
By train:
Outside the Santa Lucia train station, take the waterbus no. 1 or no. 82 for Piazzale Roma, the stop is 30 meters from the Hotel.
It is also possible to arrive on foot in only 10 minutes.
