restaurant “La Trattoria Toscana” offers a traditional

relies on the purity and balance of the ingredients, and
gives the ultimate refinement of subtle conjugations. The
wine list, drawn up by Gerard Margeon, the Alain Ducasse
Group's sommelier, includes the best nectars in the Italian
wine palette.

only but a few kilometers from the famous Natural Park of
Maremma. This area stretches along the Tyrrhenian coast from
Principina a Mare to Alberese, and up to Talamone. The Park
is characterized by important geographical elements such as
the last stretch of the river Ombrone.

The Natural
Reserve of Orbetello is amongst the most beautiful and
ancient reserves in Italy . In 1972, WWF established in the
east portion of the Orbetello Lagoon a Natural Oasis which
is a combination of sand dunes and Mediterranean maquis, of
salt-water lagoons and sweet water ponds, of cultivated
fields, poplar woods, domestic pinewoods, ash-trees and cork
oak-trees.

once stood with farming and handicrafts activities. It was
the hunting residence of the grand duke Leopold II of
