Visit the constantly smoking Etna Vulcano. One can go by car from the hotel to Rifugio
Sapienza and from there take a cable car to 2500 Mts. high, after which there is jeep
service to go up to 300 Mts. from the crater. Excursions are possible during the day as
well as after dark. There are also excursions on foot and on horse back to visit the
natural reserve and the caves nearby.
