The Villa keeps the original rooms from the Family Gaytán de Ayala who once lived in the house, now renovated into Deluxe Rooms. All of them are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the main Villa. Bedrooms also feature a Minibar with courtesy water.
Situated in the last floor of the main Villa the double small room has 21m² and a queen size bed. It overlooks Ulia Hill. Bedrooms also feature a Minibar with courtesy water.
The spacious basement Junior Suite is located in the main Villa. Because of its location and small window it gives the room that extra touch of coziness and boutique hotel atmosphere with the aminities you expect from a 4 stars hotel.

By Car:
Take Motorway A-8. Take the exit “Donostia / San Sebastian / Ondarreta”. At the roundabout, follow directions to «Ondarreta» by taking the Avenida de Tolosa. Stay on Avenida de Tolosa, which later on becomes Avenida de Zumalacarregui. Approximately 3 Kms. later, you will arrive in front of the sea. Stay on the avenue, which turns slightly towards the right and borders the sea. You are now on Paseo de la Concha, the sea is on your left. Stay on this avenue which borders the coast. Once you no longer have the sea on your left, the avenue will become Calle San Martin. Keep going straight until the end of this street. At the end of the street, you will be obliged to turn left and border the river. 100 Mts. further down, you will be obliged to turn right and cross a bridge. After the bridge, continue straight - the street is the Calle Miracruz. Approximately 700 Mts. later, you will see a petrol station «Campsa» on your right. You are now on Avenida de Ategorrieta, where Villa Soro is situated. The hotel is on the left side but it is forbidden to turn left. You must therefore stay on the avenue and turn around further up the road. Therefore, five traffic lights after the Campsa petrol station, you will see a clock on your right. Turn slightly towards the right and drive around the clock. You are now again on Avenida de Ategorrieta but in the opposite direction. After the third traffic light, Villa Soro is the fourth villa on your right.
