We want our Kitchen to be as tied to its territory and to the seasons as possible. At Il Salviatino, we are quite fortunate to be surrounded by a luxuriant park, so we have decided to devote a portion – actually what was once the historic orchard – to an organic vegetable garden,so that we may offer vegetables, fruit and aromatic herbs that are truly ‘from producer to consumer’! We are already working on it and we should have the first ‘fruits of our labors’ soon!

The incredible Marcello Suite is located two floors up, atop the Villa’s tower. An atmospheric maze of elegant rooms, comprised of a bedroom, bathroom and lounge, overlook both the city of Florence and the Tuscan countryside. Located in the villa’s main tower, the Marcello Suite is 90 square meters.
A dream-come-true for history and art lovers, this quintessential renaissance retreat is centred around a breathtaking 1886 fresco by Bruschi and features two oil canvases by Gabriel van der Leeuw, known as “Il Fiammingo”. This inspiring room seamlessly fuses Italy’s rich history with 21st century sensibilities and sleek technology, offering a vast open living space and unique bathroom complete with ancient stone bath. Located in the main house the Affresco Suite is 73 square meters.
Described as one of the most romantic suites in the world, the Melodia Suite is a truly grand space. Guests will enjoy an open living plan outfitted with sophisticated details. Original wood panelling surrounds the suite while an elegant and intricate fireplace takes centre stage below a delicately painted coats of arms. Its vast bathroom features an original oversized marble sink and can be opened to complete the ultimate open floor-plan. Located in the main house the Melodia Suite is 78 square meters.
Bigger is better in the Tegliacci Suite. Traditionally Tuscan in design, this suite offers vast living space with grand original features including a magnificent oversize marble fireplace. Located in the main house the Tegliacci Suite is 69 square meters.
The Ojetti Suite is a magical space perfectly appointed for discerning style connoisseurs. Elegance and seduction rule supreme across two sumptuous floors of living space where warm, rich palettes in the bedroom and dining area contrast with the ethereal light and clean lines of the glass floored living area. A rooftop Jacuzzi with views of the Tuscan hills and direct access to full size private balcony, perfect for dining al fresco, completes the magnificence of this exclusive accommodation. Immersed amongst the rolling hills adjacent to the Villa, one enters a truly magical world at our Spa and Pool area.
The Spa offers four treatment rooms, each with its own steam shower, and a dedicated team of therapists specializing in aroma therapeutic relaxation and anti-aging treatments.
